Welcome to Belly Love! Our bellies tend to get a bit of a rough time. Many of us have a conditioned and disapproving relationship with them - wanting them to look different in some way. Research and science has proven that showing our bellies some love and gratitude from time to time has countless benefits:
Increase circulation
Boosts the Immune System
Improves Posture
Releases Physical and Emotional
Stress
Unleashes your vital life force

bear phillips
Hello, i'm Bear Phillips.
I offer Sacred Holding; a space to explore the things you might be struggling with; to be held and honoured in the truth of your feelings, or simply to be held, physically, in safety – an irreducible need of all human beings.
I trained in (amongst other modalities), Compassionate Inquiry (CI) with Gabor Maté, which works with the somatic sensations of the body to access underlying emotions and self-limiting beliefs.
It is a subtle yet profound method that uses gentle inquiry to access our deepest wounds from a place of safety and nervous system regulation.
I believe that we each have inside us the knowledge of what we need to do to heal and become whole. But we need to be witnessed and held in that movement.
In this space all of you is welcome.
